There
are three ways to order:

an order online (option available soon).

Email
your order to Ally@TreasureAlly.com.
You will receive an Email or telephone call to confirm
your order.

Call
818-444-4406 (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time) to
order. If you leave a message someone will return your call,
as soon as possible.
Once
we have received your order, address, and payment, all in stock
items will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding Sunday. You
will be contacted if a shipping delay occurs.
We accept PayPal®,
Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks.
Our
standard shipping method is USPS Priority
Mail. Packages will
take 2-7 business days from California. Most, but not all,
packages will be insured. Large shipments will be sent via
UPS.
Overnight
shipping can be requested, however overnight shipping on a
same day order is not available. Overnight shipping using the
USPS is not guaranteed to all
locations. An additional rush charge of $10 will be added to
your purchase total, as well as the additional charge by the
US Postal Service.
Exchanges
are gladly made within 30 days of purchase. All returns are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in resalable
condition, with all original packaging. Please Email or call
(818-444-4406) to arrange for return authorization.

The cost for US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes
is $8.10.
The shipping charge for smaller items is $6.00.
Large items shipped by United Parcel Service will be charged accordingly.
